   10/10 delivery service. Ordered a bed though a 3rd party company who used JBS for delivery. Two men came Beerkarn and Gaurav and after a 4 hour drive to my home, they were amazing! Couldn't be more accommodating and polite, they delivered and built my bed, they did everything they could to get my superking mattress upstairs even though it was an extremely hard job. Thanks so much! I would 100% recommend

   Absolutely awful delivery service. They were late, but that's not the worst of it. They smashed a picture due to rushing and not being careful. After they left my partner was on the phone to there office to report it, shards of glass fell on her where the delivery drivers failed to make the damage they caused safe. Luckily, she was uninjured. This joke of a delivery company are now saying they aren't liable for the damage caused and my partner has been told to go to the company she bought the product from for any kind of compensation. The only reason I gave one star on this review is because it's not possible to put no stars.

   Absolutely dreadfull NEVER use them. Took them 3 botched up deliveries to eventually deliver my bed set. I am 82 widow living alone and have a disability. Over 3 days had to seek alternative accommodation and use taxis to and from to be at home for deliveries which didn't arrive.

   Absolute disgusting service. Delivered a mattress refused to take upstairs due to access issues ( the stairs were next to the front door). Contacted office who were not bothered Avoid at all costs

   Absolutely shocking service had to tell them five times where the correct entrance was they left me waiting for an hour. They left one of the items out on the street and one in the hallway absolutely terrible. This was after telling them that I was disabled and unable to lift it in myself they drove off I can’t prove it, but I think they also took £20 off the top of the wardrobe in the hallway and took a set of keys that were in the side door

   Shocking level of customer service. Was meant to have a bed delivered, was called with less than 24 hours notice to say it was being delivered the next day between 8-11. We had active tracking to say we were next to be delivered to. Delivery never appeared. Stayed in all day to wait for it. Tried calling the mobile number provided multiple times, no response. Never received a single phone call from the delivery team asking how to find my house. Yet to receive any contact from the company to apologise and arrange further delivery. Absolutely shocking.

   Delivery guys were fantastic. They were timely, called me half hour before delivery as advised. As I couldn't stay home at the time of delivery, they delivered the item to my neighbour as requested and even took the very heavy full sized mirror inside their home positioning it in a safe manner for my collection later. Great service thank you.
