   I wish I could give 0 stars — scammed and ignored! Absolutely appalling experience. I ordered a bed and received the wrong one. After complaining, I was told it would be picked up and replaced. I even received a phone call confirming delivery for the morning of 6/6/25 — but of course, it never showed up. Since then, radio silence. No delivery, no update, no way to get in contact. This has been a complete nightmare and I feel scammed. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company unless you want to be lied to, ignored, and left with the wrong product. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

   Shocking, communication non existent. Eventually sent photos of bed delivered to "neighbour" 30miles away and then called to say "if you want your bed go to this house" eventually feeling like we had no option we borrowed a van and drove the 60mile round trip, knocked on multiple doors to discover the bed there was in fact that customers. Younas on the phone was rude, argumentative and his conduct was disgusting to be honest. Worst service ive ever experienced anywhere. Do not use this company. Screams of a scam!

   Driver sat on his phone and smoking my mother had to go out to the van. Driver left bed on ground floor while my disabled mother had to contact a neighbour to help. All caught on cctv. He left the bed got back on the van and left Shocking services.

   Bed was due to be delivered on the 19th - 20th October. Delivery status now saying could be up to the 28th - meanwhile I have no bed!! No communication or explanation provided from the company, no reply to my attempts at contact with them. Very dissatisfied! Will the bed even arrive?! Not confident.
