The delivery team Harp and Hardeep were very professional. Communication was spot on and they made sure to keep me up to date on their way to my place. They did a fantastic job unboxing and placing the sofas in my room of choice. All the packaging was removed and discarded by them. Good job, well done!!
Lakhwinder and lovepreet delivered and built both couch and seat quickly and efficiently! Called half an hour before arrival and all products delivered in perfect condition. 5 star highly recommend.
We had a sofa delivered today and the delivery team (Paul and Lucky) were fantastic. They were polite, friendly and very efficient. They took all the packaging and double checked I was happy before they left. I would highly recommend their service and would 100% use them again
I can see some people have had issues from the reviews. My experience this morning was excellent. On time to the minute at first attempt, and two lovely guys for whom English was not their first language but who communicated perfectly well with cheerful disposition. Unloaded a very heavy item very helpfully. Thank you!
The console table SGK delivered arrived heavily damaged. I could hear moving parts in the box when item arrived and said I wanted to check the condition of the goods before I accepted delivery. However, I was told by one of the delivery people that they didn't have any paperwork for the item and that if it was damaged I should contact the retailer. I could tell by his attitude that he was going to leave the item regardless of the condition, and refused to acknowledge the condition as poor. The next day (today) I've checked the tracking information and can see a forgery of my signature and also a note saying that there were "no issues" upon delivery of the item. I am absolutely appalled and would strongly advise against using this service, and the retailer Interiors Italia (sometimes called Italian furniture shop) who have been very unresponsive during my 6 month wait for this item - a lead time which was not made clear to me upon first ordering.
After reading all of the reviews before my item was delivered I was anxious to say the least, however, my item has been delivered today in excellent condition and was well packaged from Roseland furniture. I was notified with a time slot to accept or decline the day before. I had a phone call when delivery was 25 minutes away and the young man delivered my item, helped me unpack and was very polite.
Furniture supposed to be delivered 25/11. Old furniture disposed of the day before. Text to say its not coming that morning. No correspondence since despite numerous messages being sent. Still have nothing to sit on. Will not buy from retailers using this delivery service again
I honestly try and give people the benefit of the doubt, especially when English isn’t their first language and communication can be difficult. However, this delivery was a horrible experience from beginning to end. 1. Called us to say that they couldn’t find the address even though it was as clear as day on their own tracking service. Was very rude from the outset. 2. Treated the sofa like a battering ram as they brought it into the building and flat. No respect for other people’s property 3. Asked me to leave a review and I said I will do later. Rather than just leave they guy told me to type the company into Google and give them a 5 star review. That wasn’t enough for him, he then told me to go back and edit it to say “polite and good service”. This company is a disgrace. A complete joke and borderline scam. Using these guys will completely sour the taste of those unlucky enough to be on the other end of their ‘service’. I am so disgusted with what I have experienced today that I will be contacting the manufacturer of the sofa I purchased to recommend they change their choice of delivery company.
