   Avoid at all costs!!! Ordered a bouncy castle for my daughters party, paying the £15 deposit and they didn’t show up. I contacted them only to be told a string lies ranging from he hadn’t received my order, and then that he was on holiday, and then that he thought I’d cancelled it. He then said they’d be late but would make it for the party, only to let me down and not show up at all! To make matters worst I have contacted them repeatedly to get the £15 deposit back and they’ve completely ignored my messages. They ruined my daughters party and then ripped me off! Total con!

   This company made our minimalistic wedding day (due to Covid) very special. They came and brought three beautiful purple gazebos to our garden and then went the extra mile by coming back the next morning to erect them due the strong winds on the previous day. The outcome was amazing and the gazebos were totally perfect . All fitted with sides and windows, they provided shelter , style and atmosphere and made it possible for us to have a very special, socially distanced reception for ourselves and our six guests ! I would highly recommend ElectricRainbow to anyone and would definitely use them again.

   What an excellent service! I called electric rainbow entertainments at short notice (2 hours before event) to arrange a bouncy castle for a surprise birthday party and we were not disappointed! The team that came to erect the castle were welcoming, friendly and arrived in plenty of time before the event. The team were knowledgeable about where to put it up and assembled it without any issues. The team stayed until the bouncy castle was erected to check for any faults and then left us to enjoy our party. I would highly recommend and we will be booking them again. Thank you for making it a birthday to remember!

   We have been dealing with this company since our children were small. They have been a brilliant company to deal with, accommodating, helpful, and definitely reliable. They have also been generous with times that they have often let their inflatables stay at our house for the children to enjoy beyond the contracted party hire.    Great guys i have been useing electric rainbow for 4years now and all 3 of my children have had all kinds of things from funrun ball pools castles tents and even sound systems price can never be beaten so cheep and owner always happy to help with other extras ie has gave me chairs and mats to make party that bit more extra my friends and family have also used this company since comein to my partys i wont ever go any where eles as they have always been so good to myself and family
