Had to wait more than an hour for collection when was told to open the curtains and we will load you, but i guess stuff wasn’t ready to be loaded, but yard is big enough ,toilets are easy accessible. Staff was ok.
Super efficient fast service there was a problem with the reference number they really helped as much as they could

Never saw in my life a fork lift driver so rude. There is no word to express his ignorance and comunication skills....those skills does not exist .... he treat ,especially, foreign drivers with unmeasured arrogance.....
