   First time using this place and it was an awful experience. Redirected our parcel as we weren't going to be in. Now this parcel was an expensive one. So on the day of delivery we got the message to say it had been dropped off at safe store locker. Later on we went to retrieve the parcel ready with our code and ID, after walking in and explaining to the guy behind the desk he was checking a list of names and we weren't on it and he couldn't find our parcel. Panic began to set in as we really didn't want a problem with this delivery. He didn't really seem to have any answers to our questions after saying it must be here as we have all the information to say so. After stressing he checked with another worker who thankfully seemed to know where it was and found it instantly. But two days later we are still getting messages from DHL that our parcel is ready to collect. No one asked us for the pin code or to show ID which is just terrible - we don't think it's a DHL problem and is more of a fact the staff at safe store don't know the system at all. Really put us off getting parcels dropped off here in future.
