   I placed an order and was told it has been delivered, but up till now, I haven't seen let alone received the parcel. To make matters worst, no link to either communicate a personnel or send a mail to the company, Infact the one star is being too generous. Please Hermes administrative group should revisit and return my parcel, and as well teach their delivery guys to use the Google map appropriately

   My friend had a delivery which was never delivered. Hermes claim it has been delivered but during tracking, we found out it was delivered to a wrong address. We have been trying to reach Hermes but can't. So unprofessional and irresponsible. I keep talking with the computer ever time I call. Until now, it has not been sorted.
