The scanner is constantly out of order and not working so have to use the post office instead which is very incontinate. Evri sort your shit out.
It's been there a while now so can't complain when using Evri at the shop
They dont have contact for direct calling or emergencies, the bot that talks to you sends you in a loop, sending you back to the sender when it could have been Herme's employer's fault. Just awful. I dont want to use Hermes, but anything clothing related companies uses them. My first ever experience was a company used them to deliver my bright pink parcel and their delivery driver left my parcel out on a busy street and marked it as complete, obviously it got stolen - I tried to get in contact with a REAL person but the Hermes website sent me in a loop, I kept getting referring me back to the company bought my parcel from to resend new ones, ofc that company didnt believe me when I said my parcel was handled badly and got stolen. So to prove that I was telling the truth I had to file a police report so I can send the clothing company the crime number for the replacement... Second experience is I paid for next day delivery and it hasn't come next day. Rip off. Nothing but trouble.
Told me I should have packed 2 heavy parcels together. I said had he got any string, no, I could buy some sellotape.
