You are not open on Saturdays. Why mislead your customers to travel all the way to discover that your shop is closed. Thus is bad service!!!
Feel sorry for this depot as it wrongly bears the brunt of negative reviews concerning the wider DHL network. Used a couple of times and the staff are always very helpful. They advertise as being open until 17.00 on Friday, however, while they actually close at 14.00.
Unreliable. Opening hours said until 1pm. I was there at 12:45 and the shop was closed.
Today is the second time DHL have "tried" to deliver - the first time no attempt to knock the door, no card left; the second time I was eagerly listening and waiting but door was again not knocked. I did however receive an Amazon parcel during the time DHL gave for their delivery, dog and I clearly heard the delivery man come to the door and knock it. DHL did however leave an unwritten card in the opening of the garage door????!!!! I have tried to contact DHL straightaway, ,but you cannot talk to a person!!!! I will try to rearrange this delivery to a ServicePoint - fingers crossed. I won't recommend this delivery company on my experience so far and reading other comments about them.
Sent wrong delivery slots now the driver who was supposed to deliver my parcel has now lost it you company is a joke the worst delivery service ever cost my nearly £600 your a joke and I do not recommend you to anyone
some confusion over delivery but got here in the end. I take my hat off too Paul and his crew mate for delivering my washing machine at 20:16 pm after commencing work at 7 am this morning ... These Guy's Worked Like Trojans to get everything delivered .. My Heart felt gratitude go out to these knights in shining Armour .. Shame on Argos and their Bosses for Working these GENTLEMEN like Dogs !! They both deserve a HUGE Christmas bonus .. Thank You Very Much Paul and His Crew mate you both deserve Gold Medals. OK a week after delivery I've a flooded kitchen (wooden flooring) .. had to call plumber out and the source was a poorly connected washing machine .. the chap who fitted it used the old pipe and missed out using a washer .. hence water flowing over my kitchen floor and onto my now soaked hallway carpet ... I certainly wouldn't recommend them ..I am waiting for a call back regarding insurance claim could be 24/48 hours .. disgusted with DHL ... Long working hours leads to complacency as proven with photo's attached !!
Excellent service used it several times very quick and reliable can not fault it
