   I do like the shop and whenever we in town we always go and buy something. However, i will not be going anymore. No tills anymore and the fact you can only pay by card, no cash payment possibility.......... we are out. Wont see me in that shop again.

   Excellent service when I discovered that one of the books I had bought from FT in Nottingham was missing its water pen. I phoned up, the assistant immediately said that she would send it in the post. It arrived a few days later, along with a complimentary pack of sweets! Very impressed ....Will definitely shop there again!

   Love this shop, it's got all sorts of great bits and bobs they have that are both funny and practical. I love the shop layout too, how I can look at all of what the shop has to offer on my way around. I 100% suggest this for people who have children or people who like activities such as writing and drawing, but there's loads for all ages!
