   I was in store today 20th of November around 3:30 and called by the yo sushi stand. The two gentlemen working there were so pleasant. It was a lovely surprise and made me actually want to buy something. Before walking away they offered me soy sauce and ginger as well, which I didn’t know was available. These gentlemen need to be recognized as sometimes it is easy to not speak or ‘disturb’ shoppers

   Had a really lovely young person served us today and they were so friendly and helpful, lots of smiles. Doesn't seem so bad handing over your hard earned cash. I wish all the staff were just like her.

   Louie from the click and collect port was very polite and helpful! After a delayed missed train and missing my original booking slot he had rang and offered assistance by keeping my shopping aside for a later slot.

   I go here quite often. Most of the staff here a quite pleasant. The butchers and the deli are great and always helpful and friendly. It's quite a big store and you can get most things here. Loads of free parking and a filling station and do it yourself car wash right next door. There's also glass recycling and some secondhand clothes bins up the back near the click and collect. And local busses and taxis right at the front door.
