Very poor customer service and quality spent almost £1000.00 on a divan bed and mattress bed was delivered broke draws came in bits build quality was very poor made from ply wood . Went in store for a refund and was told I probably broke it on purpose but had video on phone but they wasn’t interested. Got a refund in the end but service was very poor and was going to give me my deposit money back instead of the full amount for the bed didn’t look at my receipt properly and said oh I don’t no! Never ordering from them again what a rip off!
Sent me a brown sofa not grey like my wishes were done this order was done over the phone sofa has problems as well rang and text from day one and not returning calls at all we are having to constantly call them they pass you from person to person and don’t seem to be able to give you any answers they say we have to speak with Paul the lady on the phone gives a very negative attitude to helping you solve the matter and says we call you when we have contact the supplier still nothing and a week later rang again today they need to speak to someone else now please avoid my sofa is very poor
I went into the store. The owner / manager whatever he is seemed more interested in recording a video than helping customers. Wouldn’t recommend going if you want good customer service. The place was dirty and i could actually see mould growing on the ceiling. Maybe instead of making videos for the tick tock they could put some effort into the presentation of the shop Also the prices are extortionate for the quality.
Always fantastic service at trio furnishings! The beds, sofas and soft furnishings are all very great quality and some of the deals they do are brilliant! The delivery was extremely fast and prompt, I’m happy with my bed, mattress and sofa.
This place has been going for years most of my family get there furniture here. Some things are pricey but you pay for quality.
Great quality furniture. We ordered a two and 3 seater. Excellent service, no hard sell and very good advice. They even delivered on a Saturday for us. I will be ordering from them again. very friendly efficient delivery service too. Thanks so much Trio furnishings.
General not bad store. Shame the store should be open to 6:00pm on Saturday and I arrived at 5:30 to see the shop already closed.
Pleased with my new sofa. Excellent quality. Delivery men were friendly and professional. Even placed the suite where I wanted it. We always use Trio for our furniture. Never disappointed.
I've bought several items from this store, and I would recommend them to anyone, Good quality items at affordable prices. Colin is exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The delivery team are very professional too, theyve taken my items to my rooms, which is handy as I suffer with bad back I've even taken my son there who has bought his own furniture there
