   The team here are very welcoming and offer good cover at affordable prices for new drivers. Good box and telematics. Service is very good especially from Rob and Ellie. Much better than any bigger mainstream insurer. 2 years now with them.

   I went with Think Insurance a few years back as a new driver, having it recommended to me by the driving examiners. It was fairly easy to get everything sorted and set up and I had no issues to begin with. However, I had to have a black box put in which is solar powered/charged. Whenever it was a cloudy day (which let's face it, in England that's everyday) it didn't get sufficient charge and I began getting constant emails and reminders that my black box needed charging and NOT to remove it from the windscreen. The power bank they sent me didn't charge it whatsoever and they threatened to cancel my insurance if I didn't charge my black box. I disputed this with them and they charged me around £50 for a new black box! I thought I was making a decent decision as a new driver but the treatment I have received is very poor. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEW DRIVER'S DO NOT GO WITH THINK INSURANCE!!

   2nd year of using Think for my business insurance. They make it easy searching the market for the right policies saving you time. I have all my policies under one roof. Always had really helpful members of staff. No reason so far not to recommend them, price for my policies has also reduced this year!!! Give them a go, recommended

   Been using the company for over 5 years now and service is always good. Reminders make sure we don’t miss renewals and quotes/renewals are always competitive. The staff are really helpful and happy to go over details if you’re not clear on anything. We are are small CIC and every penny counts!

   I am extremely happy with my service today by a very polite and formal man called Yoshi. Yoshi helped me with my car insurance finding me a very good and affordable insurance and helped me amazingly as i am a first time driver. He was talking with happiness and read me my terms and conditions and answered every query i had! I would highly recommend especially if you are being dealt with by Yoshi. What an amazing guy

   Had a good experience when taking out the policy but have had no end of trouble trying to get a refund back from a previous policy. I was given false information and very reluctant to help. Eventually they agreed I was correct but still waiting for the refund to come through. They are now doing the absolute minimum they can despite me still being a customer! I will be cancelling and going elsewhere in the new year.
