    I've been using KGJ for 4 years now and ever since the first conversation i knew my business was in good hands. Earlier this month I had a non fault accident, Jack briggs and the rest of the team handled the situation so quickly and set my mind at rest. It's really nice to see this personal touch with smaller businesses. Yes most insurance premiums are going up a little year after year but this is to be expected with the rising costs in all aspects of life. Thankyou so much for the past few years of looking after me. Long may it continue.

    Used this company for a number of years for my car insurance. This renewal came through and the premium had almost doubled and when I asked for the reason, I was dismissed and told they couldn’t find out as they didn’t have access to the insurance company’s working papers. I was left with the impression that they didn’t want my business. Accordingly I have gone elsewhere with a cheaper premium. I am very disappointed.
