Ordered a cup and saucer as a gift and when I went to collect it, it was no where to be found, staff couldn’t understand why and were very abrupt - suggested if someone else had received my item by accident they would hopefully bring it back. Took my name and number and never contacted me again, still waiting on the item. This isn't the first time we have had issues ordering with M&S online.

Needed a dressing gown that wasn't fluffy and got a really nice one for £40. It will last for a long time,so money well spent. Slippers choice wasn't great though. Popped into Dunnes and got lovely pair. Didn't think much of their pleather for AW.

Got teenagers school shirts. I LOVED that they had shirts open + hanging up for you to try before buying a pack. Only problem for me was they didnt have any 13-16yrs old shirts.

Excellent customer service from Ryan Smyth in clothes collection 25/4/25. It must have been a difficult day for this young man, as the computer system, required for clothes collection, had been suspended due to a recent cyber attack. I added to his troubles, as I was using a new phone and hadn't yet downloaded my Gmail or M&S apps. I'd arrived without my order number. He was very patient - offering tech advice etc. After finding my order no. and searching for the item in store - I was horrified to remember that the item was going to take an unusual 2 weeks to arrive and wouldn't be in store for another week. What an idiot I was. Poor Ryan. I had wasted ten minutes of his already busy day. Yet, he was still pleasant and customer focused. There was no sign of annoyance. This guy is perfect in a customer service role. You can't teach it. It's a natural talent. Well done Ryan. Ten out of ten.

Called in for a coffee . Asked as I normally do for it to be really really hot , turned out not to be really hot , so at £ 6.20 for two coffees that’s not acceptable . Simple request . Hot coffee . Seems no one listens these days , Disappointed. Just to add been here at least 15-20 mins and table beside me as per photo and floor in a state . Lots of staff but no workers …. Up the game guys . Working with ear pods in the ears ,,, better stop this is a joke !!!

Waited in line for 30 mins, clearly a new member of staff had veen abandoned on the till, poor young fella needed help,. 1 staff memeber making teas and coffee, 3 having a good laugh about something, 1 currently on their phone, 1 clearing tables and the line just gets bigger,not a manager in sight....

Called in today to get bag of donuts and I noticed expliy date said best before 16 this isn't really good staff should take out of date food off floor this wouldn't be first time I have noticed this someone will get sick if staff, mangment aren't careful,, the belfast store is much better

If I could give no stars I would .I love m&s but the coffee shop is awful. Went for a coffee on my break and it was so slow and not even busy. The girl making the coffee was so disinterested in her job and kept checking her phone if you don't like your job step a side and let someone else do it
