   Paycare is a fantastic way to get great healthcare for less. Paying in every month and then being able to claim back 100% of your treatments up to your plan limit - amazing! Staff are always friendly and helpful, and responses are always very timely. I would recommend Paycare.

   I’ve been a customer of Paycare since 1990. The team is so helpful. I make claims, easily, online and the money is in my bank account in a matter of days, however, when o have had to call them they dealt with my queries quick and efficiently. I’ve recommended friends and family who have also been with them for many year. Well done to all. You are amazing

   As a business owner, our Paycare plan gives me ways to genuinely support our teams personal problems; got a bad back? Get some physio; it’s covered by Paycare. Stressful situation at home? There is a helpline you can call. Feeling sick and can’t get to see a doctor? Try the virtual GP service. Headaches / eye strain? Book in to see an optician. The list goes on. It started out as a nice perk to help take care of peoples trips to the dentist / optician, but in the 5+ years we've had it the Health Cash Plan has actually become an indispensable tool for supporting our teams from a HR and wellbeing perspective. The fact they’re a not for profit and their plans are fantastic value is icing on the cake.

   I've been a Paycare policyholder for a number of years and have to say that the cover provided is excellent, as is their service. Being able to submit claims online is very useful. Once logged in, the process is straightforward and quick. Acknowledgement of the claim is almost instant. Once the claim is approved payment into a bank account is made within a matter of days. Also to be noted is Paycare's impressive support for charitable causes.

   Been a policy holder for a number of years and never had any issues. The portal is very easy to use, and the resources provided are very clear on what is covered and what isn’t. Helped hugely when I needed a costly MRI scan for a hip injury, was all dealt with very promptly. Highly recommend.

   Despite declaring the reimbursement should take few days in reality they take months. My last claim is still under review and I will update this when I will see the end. For now pretty poor experience.

   Really poor, amateurish service. I made a claim to reimburse a dentist appointment and at the time of writing this it's been a month and a half since I made the claim which I still haven't received despite being told that my claim has been approved. I've tried calling and emailing on multiple occasions for updates but their customer service team has been useless. Every time get I touch with someone I always seem to get told something contradictory to what I was told the last time. Avoid using them unless you want to get scammed.

   First of all, invoices are sent for things that were never ordered, at least by me. Furthermore, it only says on the letterhead after the reminder. Furthermore, it is more than clear that the e-mail does not belong to me personally. If you want to contact the company and call at the times listed on the letterhead, that's outside of service hours... hey that's funny.

   My claim was declined for an uneventful/unplanned hospital admission. they tried to state I had pre-exisiting problems which i did not declare.
