   Hi, I went to buy a jumper at the lisburn store amd the manager wouldnt let me buy the jumper as there was a small hole in it. I didn't mind as I could have fixed this. I am absolutely appalled as I wanted to donate the money to Marie Currie. I have experience severely poor customer service at the lisburn store and therefore will not be returning after this horrible experience. I will be spending my money elsewhere in the future!

   Went to purchase something today and ask for a bag Female paid "volunteer" said we don't have any bags big enough so I asked for 1 of the bags for life that I seen in the back room she said that the Government don't allow us to use them which is a pack of lies seriously the government don't allow charity shops to reuse a bag for life she must think I came down the lagan in a bubble what an absolute joke So I left I'll spend my money elsewhere in the future I would also like to know what this stores recycling policy is for plastic electrical waste etc since to won't give you a bag that isn't store branded I'll say again absolute disgrace from this member of staff and charity
