   Excellent service. I ordered 16m of 80mmx15 mm, which would have to be specially machined. No problem. Given a collection date. I collected the wood a day earlier than originally expected. Thankfully, they brought up the timber to my car using a forklift. It was wrapped to protect from rain. Gave me a hand to load it. Absolutely perfect service from start to finish!

   Not a very positive experience dealing with Bond Timber recently. I try and use local companies as suppliers but Bond T seem to be doing everything they can to prevent me from doing this. I ordered some fencing, a fairly small amount, paid over the phone and was given a pick up day, went along on that day to pick up and the order was incomplete, not a huge drama at that point, these things happen. I couldn't go into their building to sort this out as they now don't allow this, I rang the number and couldn't get through so had to leave. finally spoke to someone and then subsequently picked up the order, requested an invoice to be put on the order so i could take it with me which didn't happen, again had to ring and requested an invoice, someone came up with a piece of paper which I assumed was the invoice, found out later that dau it was a delivery note. Emailed them to ask for an invoice, nothing turned up, rang again today and was emailed an invoice YAY! Individually all of this issues are small ones but add them together and it is an unnecessary situation which with attention to detail wouldn't happen and this review would have been a very positive one!

   Very poor. Booked my time to pick up. No one was there, rang f the number for over 30 minutes before someone turned up. The order was wrong. Not a great experience and a good waste of my time.

   Absolutely amazing customer service. I've used Bond Timber in the past for garden projects but didn't appreciate the new 'click & collect' system so just turned up one day wanting to buy some composite decking. The decking I wanted (Cladco) was only just in, hadn't been unpacked and was in storage off site. It would have been easy for Bond Timer to ask me to order online and come and collect it later or the next day. However Martin jumped in the van said follow me and off we went to pick up the decking. He even helped me strap it to the roof rack!! It meant I could crack on with the project during my holiday which was great. The price of the decking was really reasonable and the quality is excellent too! Massive thank you to Martin Rowe - what a lovely person. Also a big thanks to Bond Timber who have such a huge range of stock and great prices.

   Checked out their website to check availability of the product that I wanted, checked their website for covid 19 up dates and policy, nothing on their website, so I popped along to buy my products, got to the yard waited in line for 40 minutes, I was then informed that the yard is closed and only open to telephone orders, this was not specified on their website, but hey ho, I phoned up to order the product, only to be told no it's delivery only, once again not shown on their website, but to rub insult into injury I was sat out side of the yard watching people ( general public) getting loaded with timber, I was also told we can fit you in for the end of next week, I only live 2 miles from the yard and they wanted £18 of my hard earned cash to deliver, I don't think so, I would not recommend Bonds timber at all again, absolutely no stars from me.
