The week before Christmas and just 2 tills operating with a packed store I don't understand why the business is clearly here
Not the place to drop in after work to pick up a couple of things on the way home. That’s only if you can’t wait up to 30 mins to get checked out. After a 20 min wait I decided enough and left my shopping. Queues all the back, and only two till operators working. Till management is pathetic, not a one off experience .
It was disappointing! I went hoping to find different Halloween decorations, but nothing special, lots of broken things, and a lot of mess.

Always a long queue and prices shown as if they are cheap but most of the time they aren’t cheaper than other stores. Realised one of the items purchased was broken when I returned home.
Like homebargains as it has friendly staff and being a disabled pensioner they are very helpful. A bit disappointed they didn't have some of the items I was looking for but saying that most other shops are the same with problems with deliveries. Will still be visiting as always as I love finding bargains.
Great selections , much cleaner and very well organised store... we visited the one next to IKEA in Belfast and it was a mess
Shopped here today Friday 20th jan 2023, Unfortunately when we entered the store there where no shopping baskets, I heard another customer asking about baskets and they were told the store only had about 10 baskets, Surly a store this size can afford more baskets, We seen some small Christmas sweet tins in a rack with a price above them as £0.59p but at the till the actual price was £1.99, So we declined to purchase, the floor manager was called to remove /clear it on the till and was told by the cashier that it was probably not priced right to which see replied probably and walked off, Secondly there seems to be a problem with actually pricing the items on the shelves as I counted at least 7 items we could not find a price for, Management would need to seriously take a good look at the running of this store, I have noticed a big customer dropoff from this store in the last few months.
Good parking but hard to find stuff. Staff on tills fire the goods at you as if it's a race. Iv worked on tills you can go at the customers pace. Staff on floor were friendly.
