Poor overall service, item was meant to be 3-5 days delivery, 4 days later it had still not been dispatched, didn't inform me so had to chase it, item wasn't in stock so cancelled the order, very disappointed, they did refund promptly so that was good

AVOID!!!!! Will never use again and will be telling everyone to not use this shitshow of a site with terrible service and updates! Ordered almost a month ago had no updates about delivery after a week emailed them and was told item is out of stock even though on site still shows as in stock, they claimed they waiting on stock and will send next day delivery when arrives, further 2 weeks no update asked on site and was told by 24th still hadnβt heard any updates or recieved item and looking through reviews now just seems like a mess of a company with no items in stock

After doing some research, placed an order online for a diesel site mixer for Β£3509.79 + VAT and paid by card. Several days later get an e-mail stating the item is out of stock and my order would have to be cancelled and refunded. Checking their website, the item was still showing as being in stock, but the price had been increased by Β£400 + VAT. I work in this industry and also sell power tools and know that this item would have been supplied direct from the manufacturer (who I know have stock) and therefore their story regarding stock was complete BS. Not impressed - we all make mistakes and if someone had contacted me to tell me it was an error, I would have been annoyed but more understanding than being fed a pack of lies.

Not trustworthy. Order placed for item declared in stock with 3-5 day delivery. Money taken immediately. 10 days later, turns out my item is not in stock and never was so apparently selling under false pretences. Managed to cancel my order after a huge amount of time and effort when they finally engaged and I managed to get my money back when I told them I was about to report them as a problem to PayPal. Now trying to disengage / close the account I opened! If troubles continue I will report the matter to trading standards.

Very rude lady receptionist hinged up on me tried calling back she knew my number wasnβt interested to answer then called unknown then she pick up as soon I speak she hung up, the sent me the wrong product and weβre not trying to sorted out, cow boys, head ache, ripped off me and left with wrong product and extremely bad experience beyond the expectations and I m very unhappy more about the customer service than having wrong product ( wrong pipe cutter) no help what so everβ¦β¦ if u want head ache then be my guest

I bought a malwauki draine cleaner and it came with parts missing, I paid over Β£350 for it. I emailed a few times and called many times but they did not reply at all. Extremely poor, no sorry, they don't even have customer service.

Website showed in stock so I paid. I rang to change delivery to next day, I was informed this wasnβt possible due to the lead time of delivery 7-10 days, I replied that the website showed the item in stock, they said that the manufacturer has stock. Then why is there a lead time of 7-10 days. Nonesense. Asked for a refund, hopefully that wonβt be 7-10 days

Revived an item that was clearly a cheap and faulty product. Contacted customer services immediately within receiving the item for a refund, and recieved an email today informing me that it was too late for a refund. Company is clearly happy to take your money for the cheap products they peddle but won't refund it. Avoid at all costs
