U really need to look at ur pricing, ur at least 20- 40% more expensive than ur competitors and ur shops are generally serving local communities... ridiculously expensive... ur loosing custom
Handy place to call in for some booze with plenty of parking and cash machine nearby.
I was overcharged for the wrong brand of cigarette and this shop refused to rectify their mistake leaving me out of pocket with a product I did not request, staff need to concern themselves with customer requests instead of local gossip.
Closing earlier than it says and not even bother to explain why, while staff member still inside, just ignore you while you wait on the door.
Nice staff. Pity about the other punters. Poor young fella bersted by customer over a price label. Hardly the staff members fault. He handled it really well.
