The receptionist’s attitude was quite harsh and came across as prideful. I believe it would be highly beneficial for her to receive training on polite communication and customer guidance, as this would greatly improve the experience for visitors.
These 'Advisors' work very hard, here to help, the disabled & disadvantaged people of Nottingham with all kinds of problems - from Benefits, evictions, homelessness, pensions etc... They can help put your mind at rest with a lot of help. The advisor I see for my PIP reviews is unbelievably helpful, and efficient. I would highly recommend them for help. But, as in all things at the moment, they are under incredible pressure, due to lack of trained staff, and obviously resources. So, they have had to temporarily close applications for help. Not their fault at all, just a 'sign' of the times we live in..!
Massive thank you to Sally for all your support and helping me get my home back for me and my 2 children I honestly couldn't have done it without you I felt like giving up so many times but u never gave up on it and we smashed it in the end thank you again guys will defo be using you again. X
Counterfeit service very disappointing and even dismisses requests that are in their remit before they closed my case they promised me with false hope that if the same issues involved in my case happen again in the future that i have their open arms to contact them again for further advice should i need my case to be reiterated back open been chasing them with this request the whole time and they failed to return my emails with the courtesy to tell me no very misleading service while i was grateful for all the help i received back then i cant be grateful for this treatment and outcome very saddening i feel betrayed and hung out to dry their remits follow the same pattern as the weather and their sister service citizens advice bureau is no less dismissive avoid both of these services dont waste your time its too precious to have blown away you have a voice and you deserve to be heard and supported you are a human not a robot your needs and cries for help are valid a charity and beauracy is not the same thing its important to be educated to know the difference between the two beforehand to avoid false hope and being given the cold shoulder at a shock.
Don't bother. Complete waste of time.
Be very careful when dealing and sharing information as I can be used against you as they work for Nottingham City Homes Group, your legal team will drop your case if you feel and can prove they are not helping you.
Wot a completely amazing team of advisors! ( A special shout out to Sally!!!) Saved me from becoming homeless on more than one occasion. Best benefit team as well. I can't praise and thank them enough!!
