   I made the decision to join ReviewSolicitors a little over two years ago. I was on the fence when I joined and remained on the fence until about 4 weeks ago. The majority of my work is repeat client and/or word of mouth recommendations therefore I considered ReviewSolicitors presented limited to no value to my business. Recently, I was proven wrong. Having started to market my firm with a lead generation company I was told by two new clients that the reviews on the ReviewSolicitors platform was the reason they instructed me over two other firms. If any part of your business is linked to sourcing work from lead generation there is a real value to ReviewSolicitors. You might wonder why I continued to use ReviewSolicitors for two years when I saw no value to the service. I wondered that myself. Firstly, I liked seeing the reviews prominently displayed on my website - even if it made no difference to my client base it still made my website look complete. Secondly, litigation is a hard job. I work hard for my clients. Before ReviewSolicitors I never knew just how appreciative my clients were for my services. I have been incredibly lucky that my clients have left lovely reviews for me and when I have a rough day at work and feel down I sometimes read my reviews and it perks me up because it reminds me that I am making a real difference to people. The platform also allows the reviewers to leave a personal note which is not open to public view. I have received those also which have been very meaningful to me and without ReviewSolicitors my clients would have had hidden gold in their heads and to which I would have never known. Fourthly, on even more of a personal note, I found out that my daughter had been showing my website to her friends in school and they were reading the reviews. They did this with such frequency that my website has been blocked by her school's IT team so that the children do their work instead of visiting my site. Again, I did not know that my teenage daughter cared about my job. Without ReviewSolicitors I wouldn't have known that she felt so positively about my firm (or me as someone other than her mother). Finally, ReviewSolicitors are a friendly team and who doesn't want to work with fun and friendly people.

   Like many other reviews left about ReviewSolicitors please act with caution, as they remove genuine and honest negative reviews from their website, even after you are willing to provide them with evidence to support your review and bad experience. I tried to contact them many times and they failed to respond to my many emails offering them an abundance of genuine and honest evidence about my awful experience with Magara Law. This now makes me think you cannot trust any reviews on their website. After all it was after reading 5 stars reviews on their website about Magara Law that I instructed him, which was a terrible mistake that had a significant and adverse impact on my claim. This has resulted in a total lack of trust in solicitors, who seem to be in it only for themselves, not to get you justice! So beware of the 5 star reviews on ReviewSolciitors website if you want to avoid a solicitor making a mess of your claim for their own selfish financial gain. I say look elsewhere for genuine and honest reviews about solicitors.

   Reviewsolicitors needs to change their name to ReviewOnlyPositiveReviewsOnlySolicitors. Reviewsolicitors are bias, as they don't publish negative reviews when a genuine one is given. Review solicitors ask for proof if the solicitor firm you have written a negative review claims they never had you as a client. Reviewsolicitors email you stating in order for the review to remain on their website, proof of being a client with the firm in question such as letters, emails etc from that firm needs to be sent to them, when the proof is sent, Review solicitors takes down the review instead of leaving it on their website. So be aware of Review solicitors as they are not what they seem
