Getting through when taking out the policy is fine. Anything after that is a nightmare! The covid excuse only works for so long!!
I called and left a message for a call back, one week later and still no call, disgusting service. I wouldn't give them one star only you can't give zero.
Awful environment. Terrible poor quality management brow beat low paid staff. Mass exodus of staff to neighbouring insurance company. Remaining staff are miserable trapped in low paid work. For insurers you can shop around to find less expensive quotes than this broker skimming off the top.
Only ones to help when I wanted to insure my business even though it was bit different. Always super helpful and friendly love dealing with them they make insurance a pleasure rather than a drag. Huge thanks to you all
