   My waitress Nicola was really lovely and friendly she helped my nan and grandad with reading the menus, she gave us some good recommendations that we all enjoyed. Huge props to her, definitely will be coming back again ❤️

   So just an update on this place: Being vegetarian I had halloumi with salad and sauce and of course peri fries. I can’t eat stodgy bread due to intolerance so I asked if they opt for the pitta instead. The manager was happy to do this even tho it not on the menu. OMG what a game changer!! I loved it and will definitely recommend to anyone else. I wish they add the option to the menu because I will defo be back for more.

   This was my first visit to any of the Grill-it restaurants after I'd heard good things. The restaurant was fairly empty when I arrived. I ordered my burger and fries and waited for them to arrive, it didnt take long. Unfortunately I didnt receive what I'd ordered but instead a chicken wrap. I spoke with the waitress who offered to change it, and even to wrap this up for me to take away due to their error. I received the burger but as much as it looked great it was just 3 chicken tenders in a bun (the 3 tenders from the wrap!). The fries were the same from the first meal but now Luke warm. Over all it was ok at best but genuinely nothing outstanding, and the cost outweighted the quality. Won't go again.

   Sorry to say the place looks fantastic from the pictures but I must say it was really average. A few things to note which I hope is taken into consideration for future improvements. We had to get our own cutlery, had to ask for menus, we also had to get our own sauces. I believe when dining customer service is number one and just even small gestures from staff even offering these would have gone a long way. Food was very fast which was a plus but I would say the price was above quality. Again this review is in hope of future improvements.

   1st time here today. Last minute meal treat with family and the restaurant had a 7 seating area after arriving at 2pm. Clean, spacious and lovely decor with staff quickly attending to us. A lovely lady who attended to our drinks and meals professionally, very friendly. Food was delivered and no one was waiting. Empty plates left. Definitely would recommend it decent prices also. Thank you

   Super quick service with our food coming out within 5 minutes of ordering, we had the sweet and smokey chicken burger which was delicious along with the fries and garlic bread. Lovely atmosphere and well presented!

   First time coming here. Inside is absolutely amazing very up market. We came around 1600 and was quiet. Ordered a double butterfly chicken burger coated in medium hot sauce with peri chips and an unlimited refill of coke. The presentation was very nice, chips very freshly cooked crunchy and hot, however the annoying thing was, is that they sprinkle peri powder over it but only covered a small amount of the chips at the top, the rest of the chips were just plain. The burger was nicely spiced however chicken was slightly dry. We chose a garlic herb sauce and medium spiced sauce to have with the chips, but they’re both really watery, garlic one wasn’t all that and couldn’t taste any garlic. The medium sauce was nice however like the garlic one it was watery. Would be nice to see a alcoholic drinks menu within the main menu as it only shows soft drinks

   Nice place to be that for sure, however I didn't managed to order any food. As there is only chicken million ways and pizza and some veggie meals. Also get menu that looks like its been picked up from cows throat. That's makes me feel like I'm leaving the place without ordering anything. Menu it's your business card guys remember. Can't judge the food unfortunately.
