First time ever that I've had someone else clean my house, and Chloe was a complete delight to deal with. Very straightforward, doing exactly what she said she would, and when. I keep coming across parts of my house that have never in their life looked so clean!!

I originally had a deep clean booked with another company. I asked Chloe whether she had availability the night before and she did. She asked me what I was quoted price wise, but not what was included in the clean. I asked her to clean the following: hoover downstairs and upstairs (living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, hallway and one bathroom), mop the kitchen, dining room and bathroom floors, wipe the surfaces and hoover throughout and clean the bedroom blinds. After showing her around, I believe the price may change as it was significantly less work that what the other company quoted for a deep clean (steam cleaning the bathroom tiles, inside of windows, the spare room, cleaning door handles and all fixtures and fittings). After Chloe and her colleague had finished (in an hour), they asked for the £120 and left. I was surprised it wasn’t reduced after she looked around the house and at what I asked her to do. But, I paid her and looked at what she had done incase it was done to a higher level than I thought and that would justify the price. The rooms were clean but behind things and not been hoovered or wiped (behind bedside tables/skirting boards) and the blinds were still partially covered in dust. I contacted Chloe to ask more about her pricing and tell her the blinds . She did not elaborate on what a deep clean entails and what the difference was between her usual rate of a £40 clean to this one hour £120 clean. She apologised for the blinds, but did not offer to rectify this. I asked her again about her pricing and she did not reply to my message at all. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service and the lack of professionalism that she would offer to complete a clean at a price I was quoted by another company with not asking about what their services included and then not offer to rectify the situation when I expressed I was unsatisfied.
I have been using Chloe’s cleaning business for years, which is a sign of how much I rate it. Chloe is extremely professional and friendly, and she has very high standards. Our house looks amazing after she has been (and we are very picky). I would highly recommend Chloe.
Chloe runs a very efficient business, She turns up on time with an excellent team of co-workers who are all friendly and enthusiastic and get on with the job wonderfully. The standard of cleaning is spot-on; better than you could do it yourself and done in a quarter of the time. I book her in several months in advance so I'll be sure she's available :)
