   Charged us £290 for 6 hr deep clean. Left after 3hrs House still dirty throughout. I would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed in the service. Our weekly £50 cleaner was more thorough.

   I booked Gleem cleaning for a weekly clean for my one bedroom flat. The first week I was satisfied with the clean, however the next week was a no show. I was offered a complimentary clean, to which the cleaner did not show up again, another was scheduled for the next day and turned up 2 hours late. The following week the cleaner turned up but left dirty cloths around the kitchen, blue roll on my bedroom floor and generally did not complete a professional clean. I strongly advise not going with this company.

   I have been hounded by this company since I registered my interest. I was unable to take the call the first day as i was at work but by the second day i had received 14 missed calls. Completely put off using this company and despite asking to be taken off the system I am still getting calls. Awful sales tactic and I will never use their services going forward.

   I booked Gleem Clean for a deep clean and was very disappointed. Despite being promised a two-person team, only one person turned up on several occasions, and the standard of cleaning was far below what was advertised. My tenant was unhappy and the work caused more hassle than it solved. I’ve tried to resolve things directly but haven’t had a satisfactory response. Sadly, I couldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

   In response to Gleem’s remarks below, you stole £87 from me in 2016 by failing to turn up for a clean and refusing me a refund. Not sure how you could search your records dating back years from just a first name and initial anyway. I was so disgusted by the poor service received that I habitually search for this company to see if it’s gone bankrupt yet and to laugh at the obviously fake reviews. You have created a new Google business profile to hide negative reviews so my previous comment was deleted alongside it. FAO future customers- beware this company

   I had my apartment deep cleaned the day i went abroad on holiday. Upon my return I realised £200 in coins which I had hidden quite well had been stolen. If you value your things I suggest not using this company.
