Andy and his team provide an absolutely fantastic service. Having our general waste bin cleaned once a month is invaluable, especially in the hotter months, and is very reasonably priced. Andy provides a friendly, professional service, with great communication. I cannot recommend Bin Butler highly enough!
Amazing service, great value for money as a contracted customer user. We always receive a reminder the day before and morning of cleaning. The bins are always smelling fresh, and the clean eliminates weeks of baby and toddler nappies! You can be sure he uses the best stuff if it can tackle those smells. The added gel at the end of the wash keeps the bin smelling fresh for a little longer too! 10/10 I would recommend to everyone!
Bin Butler provide an excellent service. They wash my bins every four weeks. They do it the day after emptying and I get a text to remind me to leave the bin out the front for cleaning. It is always very well cleaned and smells lovely and fresh. Everyone hates cleaning their bins. In fact we rarely did it which ment it smelt awful and was full of germs and bacteria. I noticed this especially in the hot summer months. I saw an advert on Facebook and gave them a ring. It was so easy to set up an account and a direct debit. If I want any of my other bins such as garden waste or recycling done I can just drop them an email and they will do it for me. You can also set up a regular clean for these if you want to. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Bin Butler they run a very efficient and reliable business. So if you have smelly, germy bins and hate having to clean them yourselves send them a message on Facebook or give them a ring. They do a great job.
I’ve been using bin butler for a while now so thought it was time to leave a review. Extremely happy with the service I have received. Really helpful getting me set up initially. Reminders about when my bin clean is due. They always turn up and leave the bin clean and smelling lovely. Especially nice in the summer months. Friendly and polite when I have bumped in to them. Andy is amazing! The service is second to none. Always communicates when any little change is needed to cleaning day etc. text reminders are a great touch. So personable and reliable. Nothing but praise and the benefit of a clean bin without having to find time to sort it myself. Would highly (and have done) recommend this company for your wheelie bin cleaning!
We have been using the Bin Butler for a month now and we really cannot get over the smell of our bins after they have been cleaned! We have them cleaned weekly and they smell just as fresh when we are due another clean! I am so happy with the service, Bin Butler is very professional and amazing value for money!!
A fantastic service, can highly recommend! Communication is great and even when there are delays (delayed bin collection not Bin Butler's delays) they let us know when the bin will be cleaned. The bin is always returned to its space on the driveway and smells great with the sticky air fresheners stuck inside.

I used Bin Butler for the first time in May and will 100% be using them again. The service has been absolutely faultless and exceeded my expectations, i didn't think i could be wowed by a bin clean but i was - i have never seen our bins so clean and the the air freshener inside is a really nice finishing touch. The communication has been exceptional from start to finish, quick responses, professional, helpful and nothing has been too much trouble.
