   We’re so pleased we contacted Rory. He fitted us in before Christmas and got our log burner and flu swept and explained everything about its maintenance and how to use it properly. It was all useful info having moved to the property earlier in the year and not having a log burner before. Apparently the flu had never been swept so we were pleased to know it was now safe to use and enjoyed it over the Christmas period. We will definitely use Rory again. The place was left spotless.

   Excellent service from start to finish. Rory arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and did a very thorough job. He left everything clean and tidy, and has been cleaning and maintaining our wood stove for 8 years now. Great value for money and very reliable.    Rory came on time, was super efficient and very knowledgeable about the care of wood burning stoves and crucially all safety aspects, including ventilation and carbon monoxide monitors etc. Rory left the place spotless despite it clearly being a mucky job to do. The next day he sent us a very clear email detailing all that he had verbally told us on the day, which was helpful and reassuring. Would highly recommend.

   Wouldn't recommend - couldn't be bothered to check a carbon monoxide monitor properly and wrote on the certificate that he assumed it was out of date. I checked as soon as he had gone and it had 4 years to run!

   Prior to being a customer Rory gave me some very good and thorough advice about the materials to use to tile around a fireplace, and who to contact about removing and re-installing our log burner. Rory did a very good job of cleaning our chimney, and left everything clean. He clearly cares about doing a good job, and ensuring his customers are using their log burners correctly.
