Rude, young staff. Asked for help with my buy and was made to feel awkward and embarrassed. Clearly more interested in conversation between themselves. Made me feel shit about myself and ruined my day tbh.
Went at 9.49 to be told by staff they don't open to 10 anymore I said well what time do you open to, to which they replied now I said 10 to 10 is a strange closing time.... Need to update hours on Google!
Was in 21st November 2024 sat around 9.30pm. dude working knew his wines, being a red wine guy it was a breathe of fresh air actually speaking to and getting recommendations from a guy who knew his wines.
As a 24 year old you don't expect to get asked for ID often but to get asked for ID for a bottle of coke zero and then refused it because my ID wasn't acceptable! Since when do you have to be 18 to buy a bottle of coke zero?
