   Please DO NOT waste your money and time ordering from this company. Wowcher needs to stop selling mattresses from this company. I ordered a memory foam mattress. What I received had no form of memory foam ad was completely falsely advertised. Their customer service standards non existant. I wish i could rate this company a '0' star as that is what they deserve. Please Wowcher, stop selling products from this company.

   Absolutely appalled by the service from this place. 2 weeks I have been waiting for my mattress. No communication from the company, not responding to emails and when I do get through on the phone they just fob me off with promises that they never stick to.

   *Update* Mattress eventually arrived & is exactly what I ordered. Really heavy, lovely damask finish. Well worth £209. I left it 30mins as it was vacuum packed & it's filled out. Really impressed but Dreamtouch, use a different delivery company!!! I ordered a mattress off Wowcher. Mattress was supposed to be delivered yesterday but was a no show. No response to the text messages. I'm literally sleeping on the floor ufn! I'm not happy.

   Ordered a mattress from these guys via a wowcher offer and regretted it immediately. The item does not match the price point or image and the company are are claiming that it is my financial responsibility to return the item to there premises if I wish to receive a refund. I'm currently looking at my legal options but this is not something a customer should have to go through. Stay away from this headache.

   Late delivery, emailed merchant twice, told that the couriers were experiencing delays, DX deliveries confirmed twice they had not even received my order from the merchant yet and were operating as normal. Offered to collect in person as also notts based and partner has a transit van. No reply. We paid £69 and 20 quid delivery from wowcher , they were selling some doubles for £39 (dread to think what they were like ) So we went higher end and chose an orthopaedic hybrid of pocket spring and foam apparently. Our mattress is NOT orthopaedic quality, it resembles the picture on wowcher but feels like a cheap sprung budget mattress, the original price should have been £450 and I'd bet the lot that they did not have one happy customer at that price . I guess you get what you pay for , we needed one asap, so kept it and bought a topper until we find a decent price on a better one. Avoid avoid avoid .

   I ordered a mattress tmvia a living social offer. The mattress was delayed weeks before it arrived and was a completely different mattress than what was ordered. The mattress which arrived was not fit for purpose. The springs were extremely thin and weak. We requested a refund as the product did not fit the description and were told to return the unopened item. However we had no way to know they had sent us a sub standard item without opening it. Avoid this company. They are scammers.

   if i could i will give them minus start, Stay away from this company, i have been chasing them past three weeks for a simple exchange of the mattress, after numerous phone calls which i been given different answer each time, they promised me to deliver my mattress yesterday which there wasn't any sign of it. and they emailed me back today saying that they haven't even ordered the spring for my mattress and telling me to go buy else where if i`m not happy which is rude and not professional at all. they shouldn't be operating at all
