Mr Bhatti is outrageous? Puts his heart and soul in all cases, he is expensive but his work has merits. One thing he does not like to be challenged and works on his own standards.

**DO NOT TRUST THIS SOLICITOR!** I have had an absolutely horrendous experience with Mr. Waseem Bhatti, who operates under *three* different names: **Arkwright Solicitors, BHATI AND BHATT Solicitors, and WM Solicitors**. He is by far the most unprofessional and unreliable solicitor I have ever come across. First of all, he NEVER responds to emails or phone calls, leaving clients completely in the dark. Despite an agreed-upon fee, he charged me **extra fees** without delivering ANY of the promised results. Over the course of 10 months, he wasted my time, accomplished absolutely nothing, and had no clue how to properly serve a Section 21 notice. His incompetence led to my claim being **dismissed without even informing me**! I only found out by contacting the court myself, a full month after the case was thrown out. If you value your time, money, and legal matters, **STAY AWAY** from this solicitor. He is careless, unresponsive, and, quite frankly, dangerous to anyone relying on him for legal representation.
Waseem Bhatti was recommended to me as i was in need of real assistance with a complicated legal matter. He was extremely helpful, empathetic to my situation and gave me a beneficial outcome. I highly recommend this legal firm!
Obviously most of these reviews are fake, this person Mr Bhatti-Man is the most unprofessional person I have ever ever met in the field of Law. How he qualified is a joke.. Carry on like this, and soon you're going to land yourself in trouble with people you don't want to find yourself in warm waters with mate.

Have always responded on time and given me advice too! Always very professional and helpful and always got the desired result everytime and on time. Will always recommend for all civil matters!
