I was recommended Go Go Cleaning by a friend and I called them the night before I needed them and Mo was extremely accommodating and sent a couple over the following day, they were friendly and polite and did such an incredibly thorough job, the house was shiny clean and I can't recommend them enough. We have now booked them in for a regular clean and I have told all of our friends about them. This was our 3rd attempt with cleaners and we will be keeping these guys! Thanks Go Go Cleaning :)
I was tired of cleaning businesses that required cash payment to the cleaner directly and staffed with unreliable cleaners. I found GoGo Cleaning online from a Google search. Little was I to know they would become a part of my life in more than just a cleaning service. I had an episode of poor health and I needed flexibility on many levels, and the GoGo cleaning team have been outstanding. Not just because their cleaners are fantastic but also the management who have accommodated my needs for cleans at short notice or even just being patient when I had to pause cleans for medical treatment. Even after relocating they still clean my home from afar. The staff are fantastic, respectful and thorough and never let me down. I highly recommend GoGo cleaning, every single one of them have been amazing and I’ve used them now for years I’ve lost track how long and wouldn’t consider and other company.
If you’re happy with a rushed finish and quite frankly poor customer service then look no further. I paid a lot of money for an end of tenancy clean and was dumbfounded by obvious areas that were missed. Promised “no cobwebs” and “cleaned windows” which were clearly not done. I’ve been in contact with both Emman and Mo who have proceeded to ignore any form of correspondence. In fact Mo hung up the phone the day before the clean as I couldn’t allow them access any earlier. The fact a cleaning company cannot even remove their own cleaning products and paper gives an indication that it was a rushed job. I’ve asked for small compensation for the clean my partner carried out that evening. I have had no response to my 3 emails over a week ago. I’ve attached photos - I really haven’t gone round with a fine tooth comb. You would not receive your deposit back on a clean this poor and the attitude shown by Emman and Mo you can see that the issues stem from management.

Since I hadn't been home for six months, my house desperately needed cleaning. I was pleasantly delighted when my buddy suggested this firm to me for deep clean house cleaning. The cleaners did an excellent job of deep cleaning my entire house, arrived on time, and finished the work perfectly and on schedule. They utilised environmentally friendly products, which is always excellent, and I was able to unwind at the end of the day in the convenience of my freshly cleaned and sanitised house. I firmly recommend utilising their service.
