We have 3 loose cover sofas that are about 32 years old - we have to be a bit carefully washing the covers as they get a yearly wash and 1 is now a bit tight - but the sofas are still great
Message to all potential customers of PF Collections.. 'Ignore the negative reviews on Google as these are 'in my opinion' the furthest away from the truth as you are ever likely to get.. We have bought from this company on two separate occasions over the years and we have, on both occasions recieved the best ever customer experience you could ever wish for. As regards the quality of their products they are absolutely excellent and the choice of coverings is vast...
I have over 20 years & 3 house moves purchased 4 sofas & 1 chair from PF; as my house dimensions & family expanded. All pieces of furniture have been & continue to in constant use by a family of 4, are structurally unchanged & as new with 2 having replaced their original loose covers & seat cushions; as design & taste has changed. I recommend friends & family to buy from this company not solely because of the quality, adaptability & lifetime customer support (to replace seat cushions at nominal cost), but also because of their ability to adapt the style & dimensions of their furniture to a customers request.
After repairing and changing the sofas over a 9 month period due to poor quality, we finally asked for a full refund. This is something I feel most people would expect and not unreasonable. Received a tirade of verbal abuse on the telephone today. Poor quality, poor service, poor attitude.
Really pleased with two hand-made-to-measure sofas from PF Collections. We recently bought two sofas from PF Collections - they were both made to measure to fit our living room perfectly - something we couldn't find anywhere that wouldn't cost the same as a new small car! We'd always prefer to go to a local company than a large national chain, and we got excellent customer service at their showroom in Long Eaton. I've never seen so many fabrics to choose from! Sofa styles were great. Customer service was excellent. Build quality was perfect. Delivery was spot on, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PF Collections to anyone looking for a new sofa.
Huge amount of experience and knowledge in this family business. They helped guide me through the maze of bespoke options available for my new sofas and chair. Final products are really impressive. Excellent value for money money given the high quality of manufacturing and materials. Customer service is also great.
Excellent products, very stylish products for great value....most impressive of all is the customer service and after sales care! This is where most places really let themselves down....but PF stand out form the crowd! I called them on Friday (over 1 year later) with a slight issue...they came round on the same day and sorted it out. I was astonished at the speed and efficency of their service!! Will definitely be recommending them - Thank you very much!
