Rude staff member on phone texting while serving me and didn't speak to me when I said hello or look at me for whole transaction, acted like it was a chore to even open the till! Will not be back because of this service! That's if you can call hitting two buttons while playing doodle jump a service!
The staff are the real asset to this store and really good selection of beer and wine however I was absolutely stopped in my tracks when I was in shop a few weeks ago and incredibly impressed how the manager Claire dealt with with an underage buyer of alcohol and it was unreal. I witnessed how much she cares for her staff and the law. Claire used the radio link supplied by the PSNI to identify a known man taking orders from underage teens and how she handled it was one of the most admiral things I have seen in my young life, very professional and firm and to think of the times i just go in for a few beers. Claire and they wee Ellie and others keep up a great job thank you :)
