   Most arrogant staff member ever. Visited Lurgan store to pick up 'flavour of the month', when I asked for it the guy stared at me blankly, I explained that every month (the company he works for) Ziggicig does flavour of the month, and the shortfills are £4. He said that wasn't true, so took out my phone, showed it to him on the website, still said it wasn't true. Told him I buy it in stores regularly, including the Lurgan branch and he pretty much called me a liar, in his words 'i work here 6 days a week and I've never served you', I asked if he was telling me I've never bought there before and he said 'yes' (I've actually got a loyalty card). I've never experienced such arrogance from anyone in a customer facing role as that before in my life, so I've sent a complaint to the company, hopefully they can educate him. So if you want good customer service, not to be insulted and called a liar, and actually get access to the companies promotions then avoid the Lurgan store at all costs, and visit Lisburns store where the staff are much more friendly and helpful and will actually RECOMMEND the promotions to you. It's clear that Lurgans store will not sell you the promotions when this guy is working (6 days a week he claims).
