   I don't recommend this agency if you're looking for a cleaner around Yatton/North Somerset. I found cleaning to be very unreliable - cleaners not turning up and have gone weeks without cleans as cover was not available in the area. They did offer to discount my agency fees for one month for missed cleans but I have cancelled. Also used the agency when I lived in central Bristol and it did take a while to find reliability, but then it was good.

   I signed up for an initial three month contract in Bristol and a cleaner was sourced for my family, with glowing credentials apparently. The cleaner did not turn up twice: once with car trouble (of course forgivable, these things happen - but she gave me 5 mins notice) and once because she said she couldn’t find my house - she didn’t call me for help, just went home. After three weeks of waiting for a cleaning my service, I eventually cancelled the contract and was charged £25 admin fee. Overall I was not impressed with the service and the business model did not work for my family’s needs in this instance.

   Great to start with but after I noted my unhappiness with the current cleaner I was told a new cleaner would be in touch. That didn't happen and my direct debit was cancelled without contact to myself about the situation.

   I worked for Time For You for a short time helping out with admin and looking after customers and the cleaners. I just want to say I spoke to so many customers on a regular basis they were so happy with their service. I also spoke to the cleaners on a regular basis and they liked the way that the company looked after them. If you are looking for a cleaning company that provides pure professionalism through and through this is your company. Justin the owner is a lovely man very friendly and very professional and totally believes in giving the best service.

   Unreliable cleaners. They are freelance and tend to be mom's looking for part time work that is flexible, fair enough. However frequently cancelled last minute. Was going to leave and got offered a discount to stay and the next cleaner was ok for a while but my last clean was supposed to be today and I messaged them and they have not even been back in touch to apologise have just ignored it. Trouble is if you have issues with the cleaner the company is still taking money off you for missed cleans. Feels like the cleaners win through flexibility and the company wins through making money even when a job hasn't been done, and ultimately the customer gets the short straw. Wouldn't recommend as it is luck of the draw who you get cleaning for you. Will be going to a private company that is reliant on having competent cleaners in the future to grow their business, but time for you does not have too much at stake having unreliable cleaners.

Initially, I was a bit unsure about getting a cleaner but now I would absolutely recommend it to everyone. Justin is friendly and professional - he came around and answered all our questions. It didn't take long before we met with our cleaner and we have been perfectly satisfied with everything since. Justyna really has given us back our time. Thank you!

   I located Time for you on Google and was delighted to find a local branch in Bristol and duly made contact. An appointment was arranged for the proprietor to visit my property and he made the whole process very easy to complete and confirmed that my cleaner would make contact direct. They duly did and I have been so impressed, not only with the cleaner, but with the efficiency of the whole process from start to finish and would highly recommend this cleaning company.
