Andras is so passionate about doing a brilliant job. He did my mothers house, which was long overdue and a very large project. He did this at very late notice. We had the rugs, carpets, sofas, oven, fridge freezer, mattresses etc cleaned and all exceed my expectations. He works tirelessly and I really admired his work ethic. Like others, I saw the great reviews and called Andras as he is local to us and we needed a carpet cleaned urgently after building work. He managed to fit us in on the Sunday morning before Christmas and did a fantastic job. Our carpet is a 25 year old Axminster, 100% wool, and we were worried that it might shrink, but there were no issues at all and it looks absolutely amazing! I got in touch with Andras after seeing all the great reviews and knowing he was local to me. He was very responsive, friendly & accommodating even after a fairly short notice date change. He did an absolute top job with the house and carpets, the inventory clerk said he could hardly find a speck of dirt! Our new tenant was over the moon, it was spotless, smelt great and the hoover lines...just wow! I would certainly recommend Focus on Quality a million times over, Andras wasn't the cheapest company I found but I really to believe you get what you pay for in this industry and he does exactly what it says in the tin.
Cannot recommend Andras enough! Professional and really loves what he does. I booked a 3 bed house end of tenancy clean. He gave a fixed quote and guaranteed I would get my deposit back in full. He spent many hours over the quote and did not complain or try to charge extra. And I have got my deposit back in full. The house was amazingly clean, dare I say it was better than when I moved in 3 years earlier! I was pleasantly speechless :)
