   Used to be much better. When visiting family in Cornwall I always make time to visit and stock up on a variety of goods and fresh fruit/veg before leaving for home. After today's visit I doubt if I will be back. Still lots of outdated or almost outdated items but now at sky high prices. EG - packs of 24 cans pepsi/tango/coke at prices between £14.99 to £16.99 yet down the road Iceland are selling 24 can packs at 3 for £26.00. The Barn was always busy but my last 2/3 visits it's been very quiet. Its a shame to see a once popular retail store trying to fleece its few customers instead of being grateful for the business.

   Love the idea of a local fruit and veg shop but unfortunately I’m finding the fresh produce just doesn’t last. I bought 3 nectarines yesterday and already 1 is mouldy. Bought two onions and one was rotten and a bunch of garlic that was soft. I looked at the cherry tomatoes that were on show at the front of the shop and most of those were going mouldy. Such a shame as I so wanted to buy locally.

   As always excellent value for money and as well all pleasant staff. Both happy to help and recommend goods. Our favourite at present are the chocolate luxury biscuits which I believe to be the same as sold in m&s for £9. Where as in the fruiterers well under half that price. Well done keep it up

   Amazing little fruit and veg shop. Have been there often , prices maybe a little higher on some things, but the quality of the products are beyond great. Unlike supermarkets their fruit and veg keeps for a good length of time.

   On entry the shop is well stocked and organised, you will find everything here to do a shop. Locally sourced milk, vegetables, meat, eggs etc. You will also find out of code items for a very very reasonable price. Locally sourced potatoes for £1.29 and all the peanut butter for my pack lunch for months came to £2. Service with a smile to top.

   Great shop. So much more than just a fruit and veg shop! Good range of fruit and veg as well as locally produced items from Cornish Coffee to Jam and Marmalade. Great range of dried fruits and nuts and herbs and spices. On top of all that, it's got all your basics as well.

   Excellent fruit and vegetable shop, quality produce and many bargains to be found here. Cakes, bakery products, canned & packaged food and drinks also sold in this well laid out spacious shop at competitive prices. Friendly and helpful staff and ample car parking. Recommended to visit!
