   Very rude staff member named Amber, i asked if a shirt on a rail came in a different size and she looked around as if she didn’t understand me, mumbled something and walked off while giving me a rude look. I was later told that she does not speak very good English which isn’t very professional especially working in a job using customer service, i would have understood if she said she does not speak very good English but i was completely blanked, other than that good clothes and the rest of the staff members were lovely.

   Huge shop with wide range of clothing, footwear and homeware. Found some of the products to be expensive considering the quality wouldn’t be the greatest. £17 for a pair of wellies seems a bit much.

   Dunnes stores is the new Debenhams as far as shopping centres are concerned but is a lot cheaper and the quality is great. Rushmore for example would have nothing much to offer without it after the loss of several stores including Debenhams and Sainsbury's

   Dunne's in The Bow Street Mall has such a large selection of items. They are reasonably priced, well presented and there is lots of space to move around and maintain social distancing if you wish. That makes the shopping experience very enjoyable. The cashier's are so friendly and helpful and there are staff on the floor to help out with inquiries. I have to say I would rate it highly in comparison to other Dunnes stores I have visited. If you are in Bow Street Mall do not miss out on a visit to this shop.

   Friendly staff here always great selection of clothes for the most part but would prefer a better selection for older boys and the sizing to have age by age along with the size on some older kids clothes
