Place is freezing, and they seem to make up their prices on the spot £13 for an 11 month and a 4 year old for 1 hour - we left early as place was too cold for the baby - wouldn't go back

My son is almost 6 and this is one of the only soft play places that he doesn’t get bored of as he’s literally grown out of most of them. Last week him and another kid accidentally bumped into each other and he bust his wee lip. Despite being extremely busy the staff noticed right away and were very kind, immediately getting him an ice pack, an ice pop and a voucher for a free visit next time. Well done on the friendly service and welcoming playplace you’ve made for local children. ☺️☺️☺️

Brilliant place for bigger kids, however I brought my 1 year old and the issue that I had was the cleanliness of the under 3 area.. I understand things get dirty especially with small kids but the dust bunnies were on another level. I think this area is neglected by cleaning staff.. I would give 5 stars all day long if it was a bit cleaner.. staff seem very friendly and reasonably priced.

Staff were not very friendly or accommodating. Play area was too dark, asked for lights to be turned on and was told they already were. Upstairs was also very dark. We ended up leaving after a short time as kids weren't comfortable playing in the dark!

The play place itself is good for the kids but the place if flippen freezing you literally need to sit with your coat on ... service is slow I stood over 10 minutes waiting on someone just to come serve me at the food counter.... as they were out the back having a yarn ... the food n drink is over priced to....

Plenty of fun obstacles for children to play and climb, along with a big 4 person race slide, the lighting in places can be very dark a gloomy, the decor and carpets could do with a little revamp but the cafe area has plenty on offer with a good variety of snacks and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the coffee latte I purchased was outstanding flavour and taste, overall I had a pleasant experience while visiting Funworks unfortunately it does give off a rundown outdated vibe in areas along with the dull dark and gloomy feeling.

We had a fantastic time at Funworks. Every thing was very clean and my little girl loved it so much that I had to pay for another hour to play. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the toilets was clean and tidy. We will definitely be back again.
