Great service- good communication and they keep you in you the loop about cost and timings etc. Mark did a great job and left the windows very clean! It was also unexpected as I changed the plans for the window cleaning to be done in the new year instead so it was a pleasant surprise! Absolutely brilliant experience using Invisible Windows for the first time. Now I have sparkling windows - an excellent result, especially in view of how dirty my windows and paintwork were! Andy offered a speedy, courteous and very reasonably priced service. I have no hesitation in recommending him and the company and certainly will use Invisible Windows again in future.
I had my first clean with this company today. Andy rang me to say they were just round the corner so could fit me in immediately which was great! Mark went above and beyond to access and clean my first floor windows and has done a brilliant job. Both Andy and Mark are very friendly and have gone out of their way to please. Tried using this window cleaning service after they were in the area & said they did multiple houses on the street, after the first visit we messaged to say a lot of water was all over the house & the car parked outside the house, & the upstairs windows still had lots of dirt sports & streaks on them so they didn't look like they'd been cleaned (also sending photos as best we could). We were told they had been cleaned but someone would come back the following week to redo them, no one came & when I messaged the following day, my message has since not gone through with no contact from them - very disappointing & won't be using again!
Really impressed, called Keith for a window clean and he came same day and did a brilliant job, with great text communication and on time. Really very pleasant guy, I’ve found my new cleaner!
Absolutely delighted with Keith's work. Communication was great throughout - he clearly knows what he's doing and inspired confidence from first phone call. He managed to schedule us at short notice a few days before Christmas which I really appreciated, and even pre-emptively worked out alternative days in case our agreed date was too rainy to clean! I liked that he sent a text message on the day to tell us he was on his way - good for the peace of mind. Our windows are gleaming clean even a week later after a few days of rain (so he's clearly done an excellent job of cleaning the frames so that dirty water doesn't drip down, rather than just doing 'cosmetic' cleaning.) Most impressive of all, he somehow managed to clean both our *very* hard to reach skylights by balancing on a ledge like an acrobat. (Talk about going above and beyond to do a great job!) To top it all off he was smiling, friendly, and had all-around great energy. We couldn't be happier. Will definitely book Keith anytime we need our windows cleaned. I could not recommend him more highly.
We had been let down a few times by one particular cleaner and so were starting to get a little fed up. Google searched and found Keith. He was super responsive, detailed in his messages of the services he provides, and came within a few days of first contact. What a great guy - friendly, cheerful, and most of all professional. The job he did was extremely thorough and exceptionally well done. We have already agreed with Keith that he will become our regular go-to window cleaner going forward. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Really pleased with the work. Keith cleaned the outside of the windows at my property, some very difficult to access. He did an amazing job for an extremely reasonable price. He was polite, punctual, and went over and beyond what I expected would be achieved given the windows were hard to access. I would definitely use his company again.
