   Didn’t finish the job, blamed it on me, offered to come back then didn’t turn up, then wouldn’t offer any compensation.. Not trustworthy, don’t pay them before they have finished the job.

   Paid £120 to clean the oven = £400 damaged floor. The ‘Technician’ left us with a damaged brand new wooden floor (see photos) and they had to come back because they didn’t do a good job the first time! They won’t admit to fault either and trying to blame us. Apparently a steamer did this…..a steamer shouldn’t be used on a wooden floor like this and how does a steamer leave such bad scratch marks (I’ll let you be the judge) surely someone in this industry would know this?! Anyways, wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t use again. GOOD LUCK!

   ‘Specialist’ Vaporclean cleaner came out to clean the headboards before a house viewing. This is the ‘quality of work’. He completely soaked the mattress (no attempt at protecting or covering it in any way). Soaked the NEW timber side table (light and could have been moved a few inches) Patchy and poor clean. Looked bad for the viewing. Vaporclean offered to come back but as we are now out of the ‘3 day window’ - which we were not old about - they are keeping our money. Rubbish service and customer service. Friends have had a similar outcome since. Avoid Edit: the fact that you are now gaslighting ME as being at fault for not getting back to you fast enough for your shabby service .. speaks volumes. I was trying to get the property ready for a viewing. Because of your bad work we were unable to do so and then were out of town. This doesn’t change the fact that you damaged a table and gave a very poor service - from someone you said was up to the job and clearly wasn’t. ... Now people can see your/the owner’s response .. thanks for making it more clear for everyone why they should avoid you.

   Wow, we are so impressed with the service at Vapor Clean! We got our patios pressure washed and weren’t expecting them to come up so nicely, but they’re as good as new (as you can see from the before and after shots)! Scott was fantastic. He came on time, worked quickly and neatly and went the extra mile to make sure he got into all the nooks and crannies! This will be an annual service for us now. :) Thank you!

   Scott, assisted by Dave, did a fantastic job pressure washing our large driveway and an area of Indian sandstone flagstones on a pathway leading to our front door. The difference before and after their work was quite remarkable and they were very pleasant guys to have around while doing the job. A very big thank you from me for such a great result!

   Absolutely let down and totally appalled. Booked and paid a deposit 9 months in advance for a full end of tenancy move out clean. Vapor Clean failed to turn up on the day, said they’d lost my booking. I have new tenants moving in next week and now no clean house - decorators booked to start tomorrow. Totally screwed and entirely let down. Shocking. Expect a full refund AND compensation.

   Absolutely outstanding. Preparing for the sale of my house and a contract stipulation was for the carpets to be cleaned. When the exchange date was brought forward Vapor Clean were brilliant. The lad that came round to do it was a pleasure, really professional, chatted some rugby with me and went about his business. The carpets are better than when I moved in! I cant actually believe he managed to get the red wine stains out from over a year ago! Id recommend to anyone whos looking to just freshen up their home or someone whos had a big tipsy spillage! Cheers guys! Will defo use you again!

   A great, professional service (Bristol branch). Arrived on time and steam-cleaned the carpets of our 5-beadroom house in Bristol and deep oven clean in record time. Brilliant results. Oven looks like new! Left a 5% discount voucher for the next time and a 15% discount when introducing a friend. Will definitely use again.
