Terrible experience! I got my coat back just the way it looked when I took it there. It had lint and hairs that could have easily been removed even by hand, let alone by a professional procedure. It seems to me they haven’t even cleaned it at all. Definitely not recommending it!
Absolute life savers, got a discoloration out of my hoodie that I never thought would be possible to get rid of, also took care of a jumper and jeans that I needed mending. Great work! Will definitely be back!
The new owner has completely let the service go downhill—after previously receiving brilliant care a few years ago, my Moncler jacket came back from dry cleaning with a broken zip, two holes from the yellow receipt they pinned to the tag, and possibly even a fake replacement zip, and I’m now considering legal action and compensation if they don’t resolve this

Took in a dress & explained what I l'd done to try remove the red wine stain. Despite previous excellent service, the dress still had the stain, on collection. They thought they'd removed the stain & refused to give a good will gesture refund. I won't use them again & no longer recommend.
I have been a customer here for the last year and a half. I drop my suits for dry cleaning once a month and I can say I am really happy with the service I have received.
I cannot recommend this place enough! I took my bridal veil, a veil which has been past down through generations in my family for over 100 years. It had been in storage for years, therefore creased and had turned yellow/grey. To which I did not know what the original colour was. Nick was amazing through out the whole cleaning, restoration process and updated me through it all including photos of the transformation; which was very reassuring. When seeing the veil I could not believe it was the same veil, it was white in fact! He had done a fabulous job and had taken great care in handling the delicate fabric, I really can’t thank him enough. The veil looks amazing and has been brought back to life, ready for me to wear on my wedding day. Thank you so so much! X
I had splattered pen ink onto a new white shirt (viscose+cotton mix I think) and with very little hope for my poor shirt I took it to Victoria Dry Cleaners. Through magic and perseverance they managed to get the stains out! Looks like new! Wonderful customer service and great work. Thank you!
Absolutely recommend this dry cleaners for wedding dresses. Mine was homemade with mixed materials - it was difficult to find someone that would take it on, but Nick was more than happy. The dress has come out so much better than I ever thought it would, I'm so pleased with it, it looks like new. Thank you!!
100% recommend. Took a 2 piece linen suit down which had grass stains and firstly, it only cost £12.50 to dry clean! I was expecting much more. The staff member was also very honest stating linen can be temperamental with grass stains and that he would do his best. When I collected, there were absolutely no stains to be seen and the suit looks as fresh as the day I bought it. Will definitely use again!
