We have never been to this soft play before with our 1 year old, safe to say I won’t be back. Arrived to a less than pleasant woman at the front desk complaining about how cold it was because we had accidentally left the door open when we came in. Our 1 year old went in to the under 2’s area to play and ended up getting knocked to the floor by a parent taking their child out of the area. Our child then couldn’t go back in to the under 2’s area as it was completely packed with young boys who looked about 6 years old throwing themselves about on the little equipment there was in the area. Far too chaotic for shy and cautious kids, not enough equipment or things to actually do for a toddler, just a padded section of the room basically. The under 4’s section was completely full of kids as old as 8. Really disappointing, was such a bad experience that my nearly 1.5 year old didn’t want to stay the full time.

Absolutely disgrace the way my son was treated at a birthday party today! Full grown man requested that I calm my autism 3 year old son right down! The attitude of him , as my friend was helping me he also made a comment to her about ‘running after him’ will most definitely not be back near the place.

Had my daughter’s 8th birthday party here on Saturday. From booking the party in march right up until having the party, the staff on the phone were really helpful. When we arrived on the Saturday, we were greeted by a lovely man on reception who sorted out everyone coming in and arranged for the cake to be taken from us. The children had a great time and again the staff couldn’t do enough for us, a table was reserved for anyone wanting to stay and all the girls had a lovely time. They all enjoyed their food (the only downside was that the portions were quite small, 3 chicken nuggets and a small handful of chips), they each had a slushie afterwards and the girls made sure we were ready for the cake before it was brought out! All the stress of a birthday party was taken away because of how well run jumping jacks was!! Thanks everyone for a great and memorable day!!

Wow, just amazing. They not only squeezed us in 3 days prior on very short notice. Jumping Jack's staff have really look after our party. Coud'nt believe how every single need was met and good coffee too. 9 kids loved it and quite frankly they saved the day for us for a great birthday to remember and staff so sweet and would recommend 10 stars if I could. Thank you guys you are amazing Steve Mcdonald.

Great soft play even for crawlers. Staff very good at ensuring that only those under 2 stay in the baby and toddling area, same applies to the under 4 area. Ensures safety for all kids. Changing facilities clean. Plenty of highchairs. Staff super friendly. Helped me bring highchair over to where I was sitting.

The young man helping children down the “big” slide on Saturday was so patient and kind to my daughter, a real asset to the business

Good size of play area and waiting area/coffee shop. Nice to have food available as well.

Would be great for kids if wasn't for the fully grown men blocking the kids from using the tunnels and slides. Other than this staff are friendly, it's super clean and tidy and very well equipped and maintained if only they could get some of the parents to let the kids use the equipment instead of them.

I don't usually leave reviews but we definitely won't be back. Brought our ten month old as something to do on a rainy day. There is a tiny under 2 section which he could play in - that would have been fine but it was completely overrun by children much older than 2 throwing themselves around so it wasn'tsafe for our son. The children's parents and staff didn't seem to care. Its the most expensive soft play to take a baby to as well, so would definitely recommend the other local soft plays instead.

Too much food on tables, on floors, particularly the floors. Tables got cleared but never saw food brushed up from floors. Some of the soft play equipment looks old and needs bits replaced, overall its fine though, layout is good and kids like it. But was there when it was busy and it was too busy, hard to keep track of kids and no free tables. Letting in too many at one time IMO.
