   An excellent company to deal with regarding clinical waste in dental practice. We have used this company for many years and they 'do what they say they will do'. Our regular collections are usually carried out by the lovely driver, Simon who always has a smile. Any queries or emails we send, are always answered promptly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any dental practice.

   Horrible company with totally inconsiderate employees/drivers. One of their drivers repeatedly parks one of their massive vans on a residential road despite the fact that said employee doesn't even live in the area. He drives his car to and from the van every morning and swaps the two over. Said van is parked dangerously over junctions to over roads and has caused multiple near misses. It's going to cause a serious accident. The company were emailed who promised to sort, but unsurprisingly zero action has been taken and the van in question continues to be parked dangerously and inconsiderately to residents who actually live in the area. If they are that inconsiderate about where they dump their works vans, crickey knows how inconsiderate and appealing their actual services are!

   This company are just great. I have been using them for clinical waste collection for 5 years. They're a pleasure to deal with. Phone is answered quickly. They're totally responsive, cheerful and seem genuinely happy to help, like they enjoy doing what they're doing. Couldn't be better.

   For such a well reviewed company, it's such a shame their drivers do not represent the same high standards - HK67 EHH nearly ran me off of the M4 near Junction 17 last week; after undertaking me at speed and then cutting into my lane (as lane 2 already had a car in it)! All caught on dash cam, so I will be sending this to the Police. This happened on Thursday the 18th at roughly 14:10 if that helps.

   I am a fully licenced professional tattoo artist. Part of the process to becoming a tattooist you have to have a contract with a company to remove your clinical waste. In professional hygiene they put the professional I'm to the service. The staff are always happy and easy to deal with...and the service is second round none. I can't recommend this company highly enough if you are in the profession.
