   KSW came to my rescue after I evicted a tenant who had left the flat in a terrible condition. As a mother of 2, I required someone I could trust, whom liaised well and could see the job through from start to finish. I required a complete refurbishment with replacement carpets. KSW treated the mould, which was in all the rooms and then re decorated throughout, also doing a deep clean in the kitchen. The carpets were then fitted and the flat now looks 100% again. KSW were recommended to me and I would definitely recommend to others, also I would use them again. Thank you and best wishes, a very happy customer.
