We had an amazing experience from start to finish. All the staff are friendly. They designed and fitted a beautiful kitchen. We are so happy with it. Any problem was dealt with professionally and their attention to detail was second to none. Not the cheapest, but quality isn’t. It’s a family firm that looks after their staff.
Orchard Kitchens were amazing from our first contact to the finish of our kitchen project. Paul was extremely patient with our many changing ideas, gently guiding us to what is now our dream kitchen. The team were all very helpful whatever their input and Danny our fitter was brilliant. He took such care over everything, consulting us on the smallest detail to make sure everything was just as we wanted. I contacted this company through eBay as I was initially looking to change just the cabinetry in a newly purchased property. I requested a couple of quotes. I was advised to place my order before price changes in April. A few months later, I received an email offering a discount to make a purchase. At this stage plans had changed to getting a new kitchen. Whilst I had just started embarking on this journey, I requested 2 quotes on 2 different layouts based on plans I had created online. I then decided to visit a company with a kitchen designer who would be able to best advise the best layout for my space. Following this quote, I came to Orchard to request a quote to make an informed decision. I was refused the quote unless I visit the showroom (2hrs away from me) or pay a £1000 deposit! It was stated on the very same email quality comes at a price. And understandably I may not have the budget (without knowing my budget!!!). It may be worth visiting Ikea/B&Q/DIY kitchens who can compete with retailers of this kind. I replied saying thank you for your time and got a response back saying I wish you the best of luck with your painted gloss kitchen and cheap low quality hinges. A rather bitter reply for the fact I wouldn’t place an order or visit the showroom without knowing if it is worth my time!!! The website also states they offer a design service. They do not! Poor customer service and glad I didn’t go ahead in placing an order as I had planned to. Thank you for showing your true colours and nature. All the best with your “award winning hinges!!!”
We are very happy with our new Kitchen recently fitted by Orchard kitchens, brilliant job. We had the whole kitchen gutted and new electrics, replastered walls and a new ceiling and spotlights . New kitchen cabinets, ovens,washing machine, freezer/fridge ,extractor and quartz worktops all fitted to a very high standard. We are extremely impressed with Orchard Kitchens customer service. A big thank you for sorting out our problem with wall units. Paul was so helpful in his assessment of the issue, was extremely fair with his quote and time scale for getting the work done promptly. Dave the kitchen fitter turned up on time and was very professional in his manner. The job was finished within the time that was specified. He tidied up and left the kitchen spick and span.
