   Two online delivery orders placed on two separate occasions and both times I have received a completely different order! No wonder the prices are so high at the Co-op, with them having to fully refund orders and allow customers to keep the items they didn't actually ask for. I know the staff are only human & that mistakes happen, but this seems to be a frequent issue with this particular store. Maybe they are on a mission to put people off the delivery service....it's definitely worked for me as am not going to risk being 'third time lucky'!!

   Only one staff on till for a long queue, and self service check outs don’t accept cash. Post office staff also rude.

   The Post Office girls work extremely hard. It's not their fault if they're undermanned at the windows. Some of the comments on here are bang out of order. Be thankful we have a Post Office. Keep up the good work ladies.

   apparently you need ID to buy caffeine items which i’ve checked and that isn’t true and that also means if you want to go get some chocolate from the co op and your under 18 you can’t because there caffeine in it ridiculous staff

   Came in to use the Post Office. Was shown where it was located by a pleasant member of staff and then served by a lovely lady. Will definitely visit again.

   The absolute worst delivery service on the planet!! I have ordered online delivers a few times now they give you an hour slot but NEVER arrive on time. Today I ordered for between 3 and 4 it is now 20 past 7 and my delivery has only just arrived. I made multiple calls to the online shopping helpline and was told every time that the driver was on his way but after 3 hours he still wasn't here. I called again at 7 and was left on hold for 15 minutes. Honestly the service is an absolute joke, do not shop here.
