   The guys that work there are rude and completely useless. Not a huge fan of seeing my local store sell cannabis products, like bongs and items with the plant on them. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I’ve picked up (I at least tried to pick up parcels from this store) only to get told, the machine is broken or they can’t find the item. Let’s not mention the fact that what they sell is very lacking, poorly laid out or overpriced. The place is a shambles.

   This store really needs a better organisation system for storing parcels for collection. Everything is just crammed onto a bottom shelf and they have to sift through all the parcels individually to find yours. Maybe placing them in separate storage boxes for different couriers or alphabetical order would be a good idea. The store is too packed with stuff too, feels so claustrophobic.

   When they first took over the shop it was all good, now it has gone downhill, over priced, out of date stuff,when you show them it's out of date they take it off the shelf then put it back out when you've gone,the old man is Extremely rude and needs some training in Customer Service Relations!! I'd never shop in there again,very dismal !!!

   Staff helpful but when you try and phone the store it comes up on the old Martins telephone number and the mobile number they got on their paper invoices goes to anwesr machine. Really need to get there landlines updated.

   New staff is really friendly and helpful and also new management bring lot of new stuff in the shop and that is really convenient. This is best shop in the saltash .

   The shop has gone downhill. It is vastly overpriced and when you point out outdated food they put it back on the shelves. The young girl was helpful but the older man is totally rude to women. I only go there for parcels now.

   This used to be a lovely friendly local store, I now choose to shop elsewhere. Often out of date stock on the shelves for sale, which I believe is illegal? Just seems cheap and nasty, what happened to the quality dairy and bakery goods? Staff seem stressed and unwilling to help with the requests of the locals.
